GPD Win 4 3D Printed grip and battery mount. This is a MUST have add-on for your GPD Win 4! It makes the grip far more comfortable and grippy, more like using a traditional controller. And the Battery Mount version is the perfect way to keep a battery on hand and keep playing for hours.
This was modeled off the publicly available grip model provided by GPD, but I modified it to be a far better fit and add a silicone lining on the left and right grip insides to prevent scratching of your GPD Win 4 and it also helps hold the grip on the Win 4 better than any other similar grip being sold. Easy in, easy out and it holds great (see video).
Want more playtime? That's great, cause I made a version with a battery mount to extend play times without being plugged into a wall! The battery mount has plenty of airflow and doesn't disrupt cooling in the slightest. I have a lot of batteries, so I made 3 sizes for various batteries:

Of course they'll work with other batteries, just measure your battery thickness to find the closest fit. There is also rubber on the bottom of the battery mount to help hold the battery secure and prevent it from slipping so it will work on smaller batteries just fine too. .
The battery mount design was inspired by my Steam Deck battery mounts that are all VERY highly reviewed.

The PSP was too small for my hands way back in 2005, and the Win 4 is much the same 21 years later. The convenience of being able to attach a battery to the grip is great. Although, I suggest sticking with the L or XL and just settling for a smaller power bank if you plan on traveling with it, since it can get a little unwieldy. That's okay for my use case of playing games on the couch or in bed without having to tether myself to an outlet, though.
