This is a sweet universal battery mount for your ASUS ROG Xbox Ally, Steam Deck, Nintendo Switch, etc! PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION FOR ALL THE OPTIONS.
This is a very simple yet totally effective solution to use an external battery with your portable gaming system (ASUS ROG Xbox Ally, Steam Deck, Nintendo Switch, etc). Uses a low profile mounting plate to simply slide your battery on the system then slides right off when not in use. It also perfectly doubles as a kickstand for the system, just place the mounting plate higher/lower to set the preferred angle when you install the mounting plate. The Mounting plate use 3M VHB Tape and is super secure (recommended to use on system with a non-textured surface to attach the plate to) and I include 2 mounting plates so you can use one battery with two gaming systems.

There's rubber inside the bottom of the battery compartment to keep the battery from slipping. This with the Velcro straps ensure a nice tight fit and zero battery slippage!

The mount is designed to allow airflow in the back of the gaming system to keep things cool too, just don't stick it right over an air vent.
