We do not accept returns as everything is 3D printed to order, however we stand behind our products 1000%.  If you received a damaged or defective product please reach out to us and we'll make it right.  Usually we will rush a replacement free of charge and you can keep the defective item, but this can vary depending on the product.  Please email us at sales@TycoTech3DPrinting.com and we'll take care of you!!!
