This is the ULTIMATE comfort mod for your Apple Vision Pro! Use it without the light seal for an open experience that is far less isolating and brings AR/MR content to a new level OR use it with the light seal for immersive content consumption without the face smashing pressure of using the light seal alone. Either way, this is a ZILLION times more comfortable than the stock setup.
The latest and final version is completely tool-less and doesn't require the arms of the Vision pro to be removed to install. Literally takes less than 10 seconds to install or remove.
The kit includes the forehead pad, standard arm mounts and XL arm mounts (for different sized heads), and locking clips to keep the pad from slipping forward (most people won't need these, but they're included just in case it). This kit fits any head size perfectly.

If you've ever used the Quest Pro you'll know how much better the AR/MR experience is with full peripheral vision. This is also FAR more comfortable since there is ZERO face pressure, it's far less isolating, allows you to get a wider FOV as you can get much closer to the lenses, and no more tunnel vision or the goggle feeling. I spent weeks on this working out the best possible system. You can adjust the front pad back/forth to adjust the distance to the lenses and the front top pad swivels so you can adjust the angle it rests on your forehead. This allow users to get a perfect pad fit and the perfect eye relief to the lenses.
This system will work with most head straps, although it's not recommended if you're using a BobVR "Halo" style strap. I offer three versions:
1. The "Basic Kit" is the Vision Pro Open Face System, includes the adapters and a soft cloth forehead pad. Can be used with the Solo Knit Strap or Dual Loop Strap that came with your Apple Vision Pro

This is by far the most comfortable way of wearing your Apple Vision Pro with or without the light shield. Highly recommended!
I bought my AVP on the first day it came out. Over the intervening two years, I have tried many different ways of relieving the pressure on my head and face. At first, I used a dual band setup with custom 3D printed mounts, then I tried a number of commercial variations on that theme. All of them put too much pressure on my face and nose. They became uncomfortable after a few hours.
This system is MUCH better. With the light seal off, there is no pressure on my face or nose, just a slight bit of rubbing. With the light seal on, there is a little pressure, but still very comfortable.
I often wear my AVP all day (8+ hrs) while programming, so comfort is a high priority.
In addition, the problem with "bed head" is much reduced with this strap. HIGHLY recommended!
The comfort system delivers in every way. with the Zeiss optical lenses it's impossible for me to wear the AVP without the light shield as the lenses sit right on my face and dig into my nose. The comfort system not only solves that but allows for a much more immersive and real world interactive experience. With the light shield off and the comfort system attached I can interact so much more with the world around me and still get the amazing experience the AVP provides.
I have the dual loop band and it is very comfortable, but still after a couple of hours there is some definite face fatigue. Now even after putting the light shield back on and I can be fully immersed into my media content with much less pressure on my head and face. I can wear the AVP now for hours on end and there's no face or head fatigue, and no trace on my face after I remove the AVP. This product is incredible!!!
It's for my Apple Goggle obsessed husband and it's a gift so I'm not sure what it does - but it got here super fast and looks cool and it's what he wanted!
